Project: Rendering excellent statutory services to the people of Pomeroy
The office of the CMD Usizo Pomeroy is commissioned to take responsibility for the statutory social services in the Majozi tribal area at Pomeroy, Msinga, KZN. This includes foster care grants, adoptions, family restoration and care for traumatized children and women. Assistance is given on a short term basis with food parcels and clothing, and longer term, establishing sustainable family structures. The office also manages the following community projects in the community:
- Youth development
- Rural women development
- Home Based Care
